INVESTMENT PROCESS
Size
We generally participate in investment of up to $ 1 million per round. However, in compelling situations or co-investment rounds, we have the ability to participate in larger investment rounds.
Speed
We understand that the companies need quick response to take advantage of fast moving opportunities in a rapidly changing global economy. We are responsive and agile, and provide quick feedback.
Pre-investment
Our process starts with review of the pitch-deck and the financial projections, followed up by discussions with the management.
Investment
Our evaluation process includes detailed discussions with the management and due-diligence. Post diligence, we expediently work to complete the legal agreements and commit capital.
Post-investment
We are a very approachable investment team, and are available for strategic as well as financial inputs to the companies. We have the ability to assist the companies in areas such as strategy formulation, organization structure, key recruitments, introductions to business partners and mentoring.
Involvement
We generally provide Board representation, and have an open dialogue with the management on a regular basis, both formally and informally. We believe in full operational flexibility for the management and are not involved in day-to-day decisions of the company.
